About the clinical approach
Sessions are tailored to your goals, with medication management, specialized trauma-informed support, and integrative psychiatric care. Treatment choices follow individual clinical assessment.
My clinical training includes psychiatric nurse practitioner education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Chatham University. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, Autism, Borderline Personality Disorder, and sleep difficulties. I also provide integrative evidence-based approaches, such as ketamine-assisted therapy, when appropriate, for treatment-resistant presentations.

Tuition assistance is a possible benefit for eligible practice providers, not an automatic benefit for Castalia applicants. Acceptance into Castalia does not guarantee employment or contracting opportunities.
Practicing with Limmera does not require Castalia, and Castalia does not require practicing with Limmera. They are separate pathways.
